2017年3月23日午后4时青岛市恒顺众昇集团股份有限公司总承包的菲律宾北伊罗柯斯省风电和光伏一体化发电项目的开工仪式在菲律宾南部城市达沃市举办。

恒顺众昇集团于2016年11月16日与菲律宾ENERGYLOGICS PHILIPPINES,INC 公司签订了132MW风电和100MW光伏一体化项目EPC合同,合同金额为 43,778 万美元,项目位于菲律宾北伊罗柯斯省帕苏金和布尔戈斯地区。

本项目是菲律宾目前最大的风电和光伏一体化项目,也是菲律宾总统杜特尔特访华后双方经贸合作能源领域的第一个大型项目，对中菲均有着特殊的意义。

菲律宾方面对中方给予菲律宾新能源项目发展上的支持表示感谢。菲方表示菲律宾电力建设还不够发达,菲政府非常支持风电、光伏等新兴清洁能源的发展，2018年项目建成后将为菲律宾带来节能环保、价格低廉的电能,对菲律宾新能源的发展将起到积极作用。

These projects will effectively test the capital markets’vibe on RE developments post the era of feed-in-tariffs for solar and wind –given current government stance on such form of subsidies.

Its development terrain though will not only be limited onsolar and wind, but also with hydro and eventually even for plannedconventional energy technology deployments.

恆順眾昇集團董事長表示，希望能夠通過此項目證明公司的實力，並以此為公司爭取更多菲律賓的大型基建項目。“這是菲律賓迄今為止最大規模的風能、太陽能發電項目，也是我司承包歷史中規模最大的項目。按照相應規劃，此項目預計耗時18個月左右。”
